摘要
在优越的气候与环境吸引下,前往三亚市的候鸟人群逐年增加,候鸟人群为三亚市带来了经济红利,也引发了诸多的社会矛盾.以三亚市候鸟人群社会融合现状为基础,从公共资源、社会福利、地域偏见、归属感等方面看候鸟人群社会融合面临着一定的困境.根据需要调节社会公共资源、促进社会福利普适、引导候鸟人群参与社区建设、建立候鸟人群沟通协调机制、提升候鸟人群的归属感等可以加快候鸟人群的社会融合,为三亚市候鸟人群社会融合提供参考.
Abstract
Attracted by the superior climate and environment,more and more migratory bird population go to Sanya City year by year.Migratory birds not only bring economic dividends to Sanya City,but also cause a lot of social conflicts.Based on the status quo of social integration of migratory bird population in Sanya City,the social integration of migratory bird population faces certain difficulties from public resources,social welfare,regional bias,and sense of belonging,etc.It is suggested to adjust social public resources according to needs,promote universal social welfare,guide migratory birds to participate in community construction,establish a communication and coordination mechanism for migratory birds,and enhance the sense of belonging of migratory birds,so as to promote the social integration of migratory birds,and provide references for the social integration of migratory birds in Sanya City.
