生育政策下关于提升保定市社会保障水平的研究

摘要
持续推进生育政策是优化我国未来人口结构的重要手段.对保定市人口结构现状进行调研发现,保定市人口老龄化、少子化现象逐渐凸显.针对现有困境,建议出台鼓励生育的政策,提升教育、医疗、住房、生育、就业等社会保障水平,助力保定市未来生育政策不断完善,有效促进人口结构的调整.
Abstract
Continuous promotion of the birth policy is an important means to optimize China's future population structure.The research on the current situation of population structure in Baoding City finds that the aging population and the phenomenon of fewer children in Baoding City have gradually become prominent.In view of the existing difficulties,it is suggested to introduce policies to encourage fertility;improve the level of social security,such as education,medical care,housing,fertility and employment;help Baoding City to continuously improve its future fertility policy and effectively;and promote the adjustment of population structure.
