摘要
对2013-2023 年黄河流域69 个城市的绿色发展效率进行测度,分析绿色发展效率的影响因素.结果表明,时间上黄河流域绿色发展效率呈现"总体平稳、小幅波动、缓中趋升"的变化趋势,空间上由西向东形成"低-中-低-高"的分异格局.城镇化水平、人均GDP、政府公共服务类支出、环境治理水平等因素对黄河流域的绿色发展具有正向作用,第二产业占比与FDI等因素则对其产生负向作用.基于此,黄河流域各市应以科学布局流域产业、生态、人口为依托,促进上下游间的协同合作,共同提升绿色发展效率.
Abstract
The study measures the green development efficiency of 69 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2023,and analyzes the influencing factors of green development efficiency.The results show that the efficiency of green development in the Yellow River Basin shows a trend of overall stability,small fluctuations,and gradual upward trend in time,and a spatial differentiation pattern of"low-medium-low-high"is formed from west to east.Factors,such as urbanization level,per capita GDP,government public service expenditure,and environmental governance level,have positive effect on the green development of the Yellow River Basin,while factors such as the proportion of the secondary industry and FDI have negative effect.Based on this,the cities in the Yellow River Basin should scientifically layout the industry,ecology and population of the basin,promote the cooperation between the upstream and downstream,and jointly improve the efficiency of green development.
