摘要
为分析人口老龄化背景下中医药医养结合养老服务的需求及相应的影响因素,提出针对性的养老策略,对某市三个辖区内的552 名居民开展问卷调研.结果显示,现阶段该市居民赡养老人的方式主要以居家养老为主,50.19%的人群认为有少数养老机构可供选择,46.85%的人群认为当下最适宜老年群体的养老服务仍是传统的居家养老模式,37.41%的人群选择社区养老,69.20%的人对中医药养生接受度较强,57.43%的人对中医药养生普及程度较了解,46.20%的人对政府对医养机构的支持力度较了解.传统的养老观念及经济收入是影响养老服务质量的主要因素,中医药医养结合养老服务模式构建不完善,相关人才配比不足是次要影响因素.政府部门需提供相应的财政支持,强化中医药医养结合养老服务的宣传工作,重视人才培养,不断提升中医药医养结合养老服务的针对性.
Abstract
In order to analyze the demand of traditional Chinese medicine combined with elderly care services and corresponding influencing factors under the background of population aging,the study puts forward targeted elderly care strategies,and conducts questionnaire survey among 552 residents in three districts of a certain city.The results show that residents in the city mainly choose home care for the elderly at present.50.19%of them think that there are a few nursing institutions to choose.46.85%of them think that the most suitable nursing service for the elderly is still the traditional home care mode.37.41%of people choose community nursing.69.20%of the people have strong acceptability of traditional Chinese medicine health care.57.43%of them have better understanding of the popularity of traditional Chinese medicine health care.46.20%of the people have better understanding of the government's support for medical and nursing institutions.Traditional concept of old-age care and economic income are the main influencing factors of old-age care.The construction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with elderly care service model is imperfect,and the insufficient proportion of relevant talents is a secondary factor.Government departments need to provide corresponding financial support,promote the publicity of TCM medical care combined with elderly care services,focus on talent training,and improve the pertinency of TCM medical care combined with elderly care services.
