摘要
为更好地促进三孩政策实施,探究我国居民生育三孩的意愿及影响生育意愿的主要因素.研究结果发现,经济压力过大、养育负担加重、对"三孩政策"认知不足等因素影响了居民生育三孩的意愿.对此,应从政府保障、社会宣传引导、找准生育观念转化的宣传对象等方面促进三孩政策的实施与完善,以保证三孩政策的有效实施.
Abstract
In order to better promote the implementation of the three-child policy,the study explores the willingness of Chinese residents to have a third child and the main influencing factors of their fertility willingness.The results show that factors such as excessive economic pressure,increasing parenting burden and insufficient awareness of the"three-child policy"have affected residents'willingness to have a third child.Therefore,we should implement and improve the three-child policy from government guarantee,social publicity and guidance,and identifying the propaganda objects for the transformation of fertility concepts,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the three-child policy.
