摘要
以教育质量年报数据为依据,将江苏省3 所高水平涉农高职院校的办学现状、学生发展质量等情况与全国10 所入选中国特色高水平高职学校与专业建设计划的涉农高职院校作对比分析,发现江苏省农业高职院校在校生规模适中、办学条件良好、注重学生主体地位、生师比与双师比例等方面在全国高水平涉农高职院校中处于优势地位,但也存在办学定位与人才培养目标特色不足、毕业生本省去向落实率低、毕业生在农林牧渔业中的实际就业分布整体偏低等问题.基于此,提出积极争取政策与资金支持,进一步优化办学基础条件;兼顾"三农"与"校本"特色,巩固立校强校之本;多方协同,多管齐下,培养懂农、爱农、兴农的新农人等建议,以期为涉农高职院校高质量发展提供参考依据.
Abstract
Based on the Annual Report on Higher Vocational Education Quality,the study conducts comparative analysis of the current situation of operation,student development quality,etc.of 3 high-level agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,and 10 agricultural vocational colleges selected for the China Characteristics High-level Vocational College and Major Construction Plan.It is found that the agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province have an appropriate number of students and good operating conditions,pay attention to the status of the student as the main body,and have an advantage in the student-teacher ratio and the proportion of dual teachers in the high-level agricultural vocational colleges in China.However,there are also some problems,such as insufficient special features in the positioning and talent cultivation objectives,low actual employment distribution of graduates in the agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery industries,and low employment rate of graduates,etc.Based on this,it is proposed to actively strive for policy and financial support to further optimize the basic conditions of running schools;take the characteristics of"three rural areas"and"school-based"into account,consolidate the foundation of strengthening the school;conduct multi-party cooperation,implement multi-pronged approaches,cultivate new farmers who know,love,and develop agriculture,etc.,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of agriculture-related vocational colleges.
