低碳背景下生物能源行业参与碳汇交易面临的挑战

摘要
生物能源作为可再生能源的重要组成部分,正逐步成为碳汇交易领域的关键参与者,然而气候变化与全球环境问题为生物能源行业参与碳汇交易带来新的机遇与挑战.基于学者的理论研究,结合相关学术文献、政策文件与行业报告,分析生物能源行业的发展现状及行业参与碳汇交易面临的主要问题,探讨未来生物能源行业参与碳汇交易所面临的挑战,提出通过加强管理体系建设、政策引导、合理补偿、国际合作、强化培训等方式克服这些挑战,在低碳发展的趋势下,推进生物能源行业可持续发展.
Abstract
As one of the important means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,bioenergy has gradually becoming a key participant in carbon trading.The challenges of climate change and global environmental issues have brought new opportunities and challenges for the bioenergy industry to participate in carbon trading.Based on theoretical research by scholars,combined with relevant academic literature,policy documents,and industry reports,the study analyzes the current development status of the bioenergy industry and the main problems faced by the industry in participating in carbon trading,and explores the challenges faced by the bioenergy industry in participating in carbon trading in the future.It is proposed to strengthen management system construction,policy guidance,reasonable compensation,international cooperation,and enhanced training,so as to overcome these challenges,and promote the sustainable development of the bioenergy industry under the low-carbon background.
