摘要
高校辅导员的心理辅导能力直接影响学生心理健康教育的质量及效果.对8 所高职院校134 名辅导员的发展性心理辅导能力现状进行问卷调查的结果表明,超过60%的辅导员没有系统学习过心理学相关知识,危机识别意识不强,会增加学生出现心理危机的风险.超过半数的辅导员认为系统的心理专业培训机会不多是影响其辅导能力提升的主要因素.辅导员对自身发展性心理辅导能力的自我评价普遍不高,中位数均为3.辅导员缺乏提升发展性心理辅导能力的平台,开展发展性心理辅导的动力不够.总体上,高职院校辅导员的心理学知识基础较为薄弱,同时其在发展性心理辅导的专业技能、满意度及动力方面还有待优化.
Abstract
The psychological guidance ability of college counselors directly affects the quality and effect of students'mental health education.The study investigates the present situation of developmental psychological guidance ability of 134 counselors in 8 higher vocational colleges with questionnaire.The results show that more than 60%of counselors have not systematically learned the relevant knowledge of psychology,and the awareness of crisis identification is not strong.This will increase the risk of psychological crisis of students.More than half of the counselors believe that the lack of systematic psychological professional training opportunities is the main influencing factor of the improvement of their counseling ability.The tutors'self-evaluation of their developmental psychological counseling ability is generally not high,with a median of 3.Counselors lack the platform to enhance the ability of developmental psychological counseling,and the motivation to conduct developmental psychological counseling is insufficient.In general,the psychological knowledge base of counselors in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak.Their professional skills,satisfaction and motivation of developmental psychological counseling need to be optimized.
