基于社会需求的高校创新型人才培养现状与实践路径分析——以艺术设计专业为例

摘要
随着社会对创新型艺术设计人才需求的不断增加,传统的艺术设计人才培养模式面临着更新与调整的压力.以山东省某本科院校艺术设计专业为例,基于问卷调研法探讨当前艺术设计专业人才培养现状及其与社会需求的匹配情况.调研结果显示,不同年级学生对课程设置及实践教学的满意度存在显著差异,且随着学生年级的升高,其对实践教学与总体培养模式的满意度也逐步提高.课程设置与社会需求的对接情况及实践教学与社会需求的紧密性均与大学生对人才培养的满意度显著相关.基于此,提出教育目标定位与社会需求紧密对接,课程设置根据市场需求动态调整,加强教师的行业背景与实践经验等人才培养路径,以期更好地培养适应新时代需求的高素质创新型艺术设计人才.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for innovative art and design talents,the traditional art and design talent training model is facing challenges of renewal and adjustment.Through taking art design major of an undergraduate university in Shandong Province as an example,the study discusses the current situation of art design professional talent training and its matching with social needs based on questionnaire survey.The survey results show that there are significant differences in the satisfaction with curriculum and practical teaching of students of different grades.With the improvement of students'grade,their satisfaction with practical teaching and overall training mode have also been gradually increased.The connection between curriculum and social demand,and the closeness of practical teaching and social demand are significantly related with the satisfaction of college students on talent training.Based on this,it is suggested to closely connected with social needs of education goal positioning,dynamically adjust curriculum settings according to market needs,and strengthen teachers'industry background and practical experience,so as to better train high-quality and innovative art design talents to meet the needs of the new era.
