摘要
为探究校企合作对中职院校计算机专业学生就业竞争力的影响,选取某省中职院校256 名计算机专业学生为研究对象进行问卷调研.结果显示,学生普遍认为校企合作对提升自身就业竞争力具有重要性,校企合作能够对学生的就业竞争力产生正向作用,企业培训方面的得分均值高于学校教育,表明学生认可在企业的实习实践经历,希望通过实践增强自身竞争力,获取就业机会.其中,学生在创造性方面的评价得分相对较低.基于此,中职院校应鼓励教师深入企业进行实地调研,了解就业市场需求,为学生提供更多实践机会,通过与企业联合举办相关实践竞赛等活动,不断提升中职院校计算机专业学生的专业水平与就业竞争力.
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of school-enterprise cooperation on the employment competitiveness of computer majors in secondary vocational colleges,the study selects 256 computer majors in secondary vocational colleges in a province as research objects.The results show that students generally believe that school-enterprise cooperation is important to improve their employment competitiveness.School-enterprise cooperation has positive effect on students'employment competitiveness.The average score of enterprise training is higher than that of school education.This indicates that students value the internship experience in enterprises,and hope to enhance their competitiveness and obtain employment opportunities through practice.Students score relatively low in the assessment of creativity.Based on this,secondary vocational schools should encourage teachers to conduct field research in enterprises and to know the needs of the job market,provide more practical opportunities for students,and continuously improve the professional level and employment competitiveness of secondary vocational computer students by jointly holding relevant practical competitions with enterprises.
