黑龙江省数字经济人才队伍建设现状及应对策略

摘要
随着数字经济规模的不断扩大,加大数字人才队伍建设成为数字经济时代人力资源高水平发展的现实需要.分析数字经济人才的重要性以及黑龙江省数字经济发展人才队伍建设发展培养、吸引人才、政策法规等现状,对数字经济发展人才队伍建设存在的教育模式、人才失衡及人才流失等问题进行探讨,针对现状及存在的问题,提出加强高校培养、激励政策吸引等促进数字经济人才培养的对策建议,以期为数字经济的高质量发展提供坚实的人才保障.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the scale of digital economy,increasing the construction of digital talent team is the realistic need of high-level development of human resources in digital economy era.The study analyzes the importance of digital economy talents,as well as the current situation of the construction,training,attracting talents,policies and regulations of the digital economy development talent team in Heilongjiang Province;and discusses the problems of the education model,talent imbalance and talent drain in the construction of digital economy development talent team.In view of the current situation and existing problems,it is suggested to promote college training,incentive policies and attraction,so as to provide a solid talent guarantee for the high-quality development of digital economy.
