摘要
中小企业在推动黑龙江省经济发展中占有重要地位,其数字化转型指推动企业向数字化、网络化、智能化发展.分析黑龙江省中小企业数字化转型现状,探讨其面临的问题挑战,提出加强数字化基础设施建设,明确企业数字化转型规划,加强数字人才培养,提升企业技术创新能力等策略,以推动黑龙江省中小企业顺利完成向数字化转型,实现可持续发展.
Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises are the important part of the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.Digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important content to promote the development of enterprises to digitalization,networking and intelligence.The study analyzes the current situation of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,discusses the problems and challenges they face,and puts forward strategies,such as strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,making clear the enterprise digital transformation plan,strengthening the training of digital talents,and improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises,etc.,so as to promote the smooth completion of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and achieve sustainable development.
