摘要

利用POI数据可以更好地了解城市各功能区的分布、特点与发展趋势,为城市规划与管理工作提供决策依据.选择商丘市区购物中心为研究对象,构建商丘市区交通道路网,结合POI数据运用GIS中的核密度分析、可达性分析等对商丘市区购物中心的区域位置合理性和不同出行方式可达性进行分析.研究结果显示,商丘市区内购物中心呈现出多中心、抱团式的空间分布不平衡特征,购物中心主要集中在前进街道、白云街道、新城街道等.基于OD成本矩阵的可达性分析显示,驾车出行时东风街道、长征街道、白云街道、前进街道、东方街道的可达性最高,步行出行时可达性最高的街道与驾车可达性相符.对购物中心配套设施完善性分析可知,商丘市区购物中心部分街道的配套停车场不足,消费者停车时间成本较高.受其他客观因素影响,研究还存在许多不足之处.购物中心内部空间结构、购物中心等级划分及不同人群对购物中心的选择等是未来研究的重点.

Abstract

POI data can be used to better know the distribution,characteristics and development trend of urban functional areas,and provide decision-making basis for urban planning and management.The study selects Shangqiu downtown shopping center as the research object,constructs Shangqiu downtown traffic road network,and analyzes the rationality of regional location and accessibility of different travel modes of Shangqiu downtown shopping center with density analysis and accessibility analysis in GIS combined with POI data.The results show that the shopping centers in Shangqiu City show the characteristics of multi-center and group-type unbalanced spatial distribution.Shopping centers are mainly concentrated in Qianjin Street,Baiyun Street and Xincheng Street,etc.Accessibility analysis based on OD cost matrix shows that the accessibility of Dongfeng Street,Long March Street,Baiyun Street,Qianjin Street and Dongfang Street is the highest when driving,and the accessibility of streets with the highest accessibility on foot is consistent with the accessibility of driving.The analysis of the completeness of shopping center supporting facilities shows that the supporting parking facilities in some streets of Shangqiu downtown shopping center are insufficient,and the cost of consumers'parking time is high.Influenced by other objective factors,there are still many shortcomings in the study.The interior spatial structure of shopping centers,the classification of shopping centers and the selection of shopping centers by different groups are the focus of future research.
