摘要

为检验某型号折叠式太阳花自动追踪光伏发电装置结构的综合性能并寻找该装置的结构轻量化解决方案,利用SolidWorks三维软件对装置的俯仰机构进行建模研究,利用SolidWorks的Simulation插件对其进行网格划分,对俯仰支架进行有限元仿真分析,通过SolidWorks Simulation的拓扑优化功能,根据有限元分析结果对装置的俯仰支架进行结构优化和轻量化设计.拓扑优化分析设计可通过优化零件所受应力较小或不受应力的部分使其在满足综合性能的前提下达到对部件轻量化设计的目的,令部件的安全系数大于等于28.对优化后的部件进行分析发现俯仰支架的质量减少了27.66%,此结果对后续类似产品的轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

In order to test the comprehensive performance of a certain type of folding sunflower automatically tracks structure of the photovoltaic power generation device and find a structural lightweight solution of the device,the study analyzes the pitch mechanism of the device with SolidWorks 3D software,and divides it into grids and performs a finite element simulation analysis of the pitch bracket.Through the topology optimization function of SolidWorks Simulation,the structural optimization and lightweight design of the pitch bracket of the device are carried out according to the finite element analysis results.The topological optimization analysis design can achieve the purpose of lightweight design of the component under the premise of optimizing the less stressed or stress-free part of the part,so that the comprehensive performance of the component is satisfied.At the same time,the safety coefficient of the component is greater than or equal to 28 to meet the requirements.Through the analysis of the optimized components,it is found that the quality of the optimized pitch bracket is reduced by 27.66%.This study has a certain reference value for the lightweight design of subsequent similar construction products.
