The conduit between the hydraulic actuator and hydraulic power station will cause the pressure decrease significantly when the hydraulic actuator is far away from hydraulic power station,so that the pressure value fails to meet the requirements of the anticipated operational conditions.In special cases,it is not possible to install a sensor in the front end of the hydraulic actuator for monitoring and correcting the pressure value.The study discuss a pressure compensation method based on digital prototype simulation,obtains the flow state of the hydraulic system under common working conditions and the pressure values of the pressure supply of the hydraulic station and the outlet of the pipeline,constructs the pressure relationship curve between them,and increases the pressure at the supply end with advance control based on the pressure at the execution end,so as to compensate the pressure drop caused by pipeline resistance.
