摘要

风电虽然是清洁可再生能源,但是风电叶片主要采用热固性复合材料制备,从技术角度来说很难回收再利,长期堆放会对环境造成极大的负担,影响风电行业绿色可持续发展.介绍了废弃风电叶片复合材料机械回收法、热裂解法、化学回收法等回收技术的发展现状,分析比较了不同处理方法的优缺点及经济性.化学降解法可回收废旧风机叶片复合材料中的玻璃纤维、环氧树脂等主要成分,有利于提高废弃风机叶片的回收利用价值,实现废弃风机叶片材料的绿色循环,具有良好的发展前景.

Abstract

Although wind power is the clean and renewable energy,wind power blades are mainly made of thermosetting composite materials,which are difficult to recycle from the current technical point of view.Long-term stacking will cause great burden on the environment,and affect the green and sustainable development of the wind power industry.The study introduces the development status of waste wind power blade composite materials recovery technology,such as mechanical recovery,thermal cracking,and chemical recovery,etc.;and analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages,and economy of different treatment methods.After comparison,through chemical degradation method,the main components,such as glass fiber and epoxy resin in the composite materials of waste fan blades,are recovered.This is conducive to improving the recycling value of waste fan blades,and realizing the green cycle of waste fan blade materials.It has a good development prospect.
