As a special equipment for machining spiral bevel gear,the spiral bevel gear milling machine is easy to be stuck due to the backlash in NC machining process,resulting in impact and shock,which reduces the machining accuracy of gear.The study compares with the anti-backlash technology,constructs a double-motor anti-backlash method of spiral bevel gear milling machine transmission system based on PMAC,and tests the anti-backlash method with the dual-motor drive application system of IPC+PMAC motion controller.The results show that this method can effectively eliminate the backlash,and improve the stability of the whole numerical control system.The use of dual motor servo anti-backlash method has certain reliability.
