摘要
基于Web of Science 和China National Knowledge Infrastructure核心数据库所有文献,通过文献计量方法分析葡萄膜炎发病机制的研究现状及未来发展趋势.检索2002-2023 年收录的葡萄膜炎发病机制相关文献,使用VOSviewer和Citespace软件进行可视化分析,以反映近20 年来葡萄膜炎发病机制的研究方向与热点变化.结果表明,中美两国发文量处于领先位置,在英文数据库中发文最多的是重庆医科大学,共40 篇,其次是曼彻斯特大学24 篇.中文数据库发文量最多的是中山大学眼科中心,共10 篇,其次是首都医科大学,共6 篇.研究聚焦于葡萄膜炎发病机制,其中,自身免疫性葡萄膜炎为研究热点.
Abstract
Based on Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure,the study analyzes the research status and future development trend of the pathogenesis of uveitis with bibliometric method.The study searches the pathogenesis of uveitis from 2002 to 2023,conducts visual analysis with VOSviewer and Citespace software to present the research direction and hotspot changes of the pathogenesis of uveitis in recent 20 years.The results show that China and the United States are in the leading position.Chongqing Medical University has published the most 40 papers,followed by 24 papers of Manchester University.The largest number of publications in the Chinese database was 10 from the Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University,followed by 6 papers from Capital Medical University.The research focuses on the pathogenesis of uveitis,among which autoimmune uveitis is the research focus.
