The study investigates the effect of hydration therapy on renal injury after stenting in diabetic patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO);and provides strong support for comprehensive and accurate assessment of renal function status and prevention, diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases. The clinical data of 50 diabetic patients with ASO who received stenting in the hospital in recent years were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group and treatment group. The effects of preoperative and postoperative hydration therapy on renal function indexes are compared between the two groups. All patients receive standardized stent implantation, and personalized hydration treatment is developed according to the preoperative renal status and the specific conditions of the patients. The results show that the deterioration of renal function indicators(such as serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and β2 microglobulin, etc.)after stenting is significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. This indicates that hydration therapy is effective in preventing kidney injury in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after stent implantation.Through developing a personalized hydration treatment plan, the risk of renal injury can be significantly reduced, and the safety of surgery and the quality of life of patients can be improved.
