In order to improve the performance test and verification effect of metal products in rail transit,the study analyzes mechanical properties and durability of the materials through the systematic testing of different metal materials with advanced experimental design and data analysis methods.The results show that the newly proposed validation method has significant improvement in accuracy and reliability compared with the traditional method.The study optimizes the deficiencies of existing testing methods,and analyzes several innovative testing techniques.The application of these techniques does not only improve the efficiency of the test,but also ensures the consistency and repeatability of the results.The research results provide a scientific basis for the quality control and standard formulation of rail transit metal products.
