摘要
科技金融对于推动技术进步具有举足轻重的作用.我国科技金融领域在多层次服务体系的构建、创新型金融产品与服务的供给、政策与试点实施方案的制定等方面已取得显著成效.科技金融也面临供给端新兴产能过剩、需求端需求不足及供求双方信息不对称等问题,应围绕战略方向进行前瞻性部署、增强政府综合治理能力、加强补贷投联动及完善科技金融基础设施建设等,以支持高水平科技自立自强,实现经济高质量发展.
Abstract
China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of multi-level service system,the supply of innovative financial products and services,and the formulation of policies and pilot implementation plans,etc.There are problems in tech-finance:emerging overcapacity on the supply side,insufficient demand on the demand side,and asymmetric information between supply and demand sides,etc.It is necessary to make forward-looking arrangements in accordance with the strategic direction,strengthen the government's comprehensive governance capacity,strengthen the linkage of supplementary lending and investment,and improve the construction of tech-finance infrastructure,so as to support the sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels,and achieve high-quality economic development.
