摘要

通过分析新质生产力的内涵和特点,从科技、绿色、数字三方面建立新质生产力发展指标体系,选择中部地区山西、河南、安徽、湖北、江西、湖南6 个省份2013-2022 年的相关数据进行分析,最终得到中部地区各省份新质生产力发展水平测度结果.结果表明,中部地区各省份新质生产力发展水平整体呈现不断上升的变化趋势.根据结果对中部地区各省份新质生产力发展特点和水平差异进行分析发现,河南、安徽、湖北、湖南4 个省份的新质生产力发展水平较高,山西、江西两省份相对偏低.各省份应根据区域经济发展基础、区位优势、科技创新水平、产业结构、人才资源等实际情况不断提高新质生产力水平.

Abstract

By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productivity,the study establishes the development indicator system of the new quality productivity from science and technology,green and digital.The relevant data of the six provinces in the central region:Shanxi,Henan,Anhui,Hubei,Jiangxi and Hunan from 2013 to 2022 are selected for analysis,and the measurement results of the development level of the new quality productivity in the central region are finally obtained.The results show that the development level of the new quality productivity in the provinces of the central region shows a trend of increasing change.According to the results of the analysis of the development characteristics and level differences of the new quality productivity in the central provinces,it is found that the development level of the new quality productivity in Henan,Anhui,Hubei and Hunan is relatively high,and the development level of Shanxi and Jiangxi provinces is relatively low.All provinces should continuously improve the level of new quality productivity according to the actual situation of regional economic development foundation,regional advantages,scientific and technological innovation level,industrial structure,and human resources,etc.
