In the context of the digital economy,digital transformation has become an important strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises to solve practical difficulties and achieve high-quality development.By systematically reviewing the current situation of digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and the progress of pilot cities,a transformation path that is in line with the development status of Heilongjiang Province is constructed from three aspects:stimulating internal motivation of enterprises,empowering industrial chain integration,and cultivating digital talents,etc.,so as to promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
