The study analyzes the advantages of the transit visa-free policy for tourism development in Heilongjiang Province.It is suggested to optimize the payment environment,provide multilingual services,improve tourism services,combine the implementation of the visa-free policy with the development of industries,and strengthen security measures,etc.,so as to provide reference for further promoting the opening up of Heilongjiang Province,and the modernization and globalization of local economy and culture.
