Through taking the development of digital economy in Loudi City as the research object,the study focuses on the synergistic interaction between the development of digital industry and talent training;analyzes the current situation,development trend and challenges of digital economy in Loudi City;discusses how to promote the development of digital industry by optimizing the talent training system.It is suggested to establish a multi-level digital talent training system,improve the introduction mechanism of digital talent,and promote the security measures for digital talent training,so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of digital economy in Loudi City.
