摘要
采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4 等工具,对2003-2023 年知网收录的495 篇关于π型人才培养的文献进行共引分析与路径网络算法等可视化技术处理,探究π型IT领域人才培养的趋势.分析结果表明,π型IT人才已成为当今社会的热门人才类型,相关研究集中于对人才培养模式、跨学科知识整合及新工科领域的探索.未来研究应关注人才培养体系的构建与完善、跨学科教学的强化、技术与教育的深度融合、实践教学的加强、持续学习机制的建立及认证与标准化的推进,以加速我国π型IT人才的高质量培养.
Abstract
In this study,the Citespace 6.2.R4 tool was used to analyze 495 documents on π-type talent cultivation included in the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)from 2003 to 2023 through co-citation analysis and visualization techniques,such as path network algorithms,so as to explore trends in π-type IT talent cultivation.The results of the analysis show that π-type IT talents have become a popular talent type in today's society.The research primarily focuses on the exploration of talent cultivation models,interdisciplinary knowledge integration,and new engineering fields.Future studies should focus on the construction and improvement of cultivation systems,the reinforcement of interdisciplinary teaching,the deep integration of technology and education,the enhancement of practical teaching,the establishment of continuous learning mechanisms,and the promotion of certification and standardization,so as to accelerate the high-quality cultivation of China's π-type IT talents.
