摘要

为探讨医学院校大学生中社会支持、一般自我效能感与学习动机三者之间的关系,运用社会支持量表、一般自我效能感量表与学习动机量表对广东省某医科大学172 名学生进行问卷调研.结果显示,医学院校大学生的社会支持、一般自我效能感与学习动机存在显著正相关关系,一般自我效能感在社会支持与学习动机间起到完全中介效应.基于此,学校、家庭、社会应形成合力,共同为大学生学习、自我效能感提升、正确学习动机的确立等提供支持,帮助其获得更高的学习动机与更多的社会支持.

Abstract

In order to explore the relationship between social support,self-efficacy and learning motivation of medical students,the study conducts Social Support Scale,College Students'Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)and Learning Motivation Scale to investigate 172 medical college students from a medical university in Guangzhou Province.The results shows that there is significant correlation of student's social support,self-efficacy and learning motivation.The mediating effect model shows that social support can affect learning motivation by self-efficacy.Based on this,schools,families and society should form a joint force to provide immediate support for college students'learning,self-efficacy improvement and correct learning motivation,so as to help them obtain higher learning motivation and more social support.
