There are some problems in the process of the construction of the mental health management model for children and adolescents,such as imperfect ethical system construction,relatively weak ethical awareness and imperfect systematic ethical system construction,etc.From the perspective of ethics,the unformed mental health management model of children and adolescents mainly leads to the imperfect ethical system construction and the inability to formulate a unified ethical review system.In addition,all parties involved in mental health management have insufficient understanding of the importance of ethics,which leads to multiple conflicts due to ethical issues in the process of mental health management.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of relevant ethical system,promote the cultivation of ethical awareness,and establish a sound ethical decision-making model and ethical review norms,so as to fully protect the rights and interests of mental health management of children and adolescents,and provide reliable indicators and guarantees for the long-term development of mental health management.
