The study explores ways to improve college students'emotional regulation self-efficacy from the perspective of family-school-community collaboration in educating students;clarifies the roles and responsibilities of family, school and society in emotional regulation education through literature review, current situation analysis and strategy construction;and proposes specific implementation strategies. It is found that at present, college students'emotional self-efficacy is generally low, which is mainly due to the lack of emotional education in family education, the one-sidedness of emotional education in school, the increase of emotional pressure and the lack of social support system caused by intensified social competition.Based on this, families should strengthen emotional support and correct emotional expression;schools should strengthen emotional education and coping strategy guidance;and the society should improve emotional support system, and reduce the pressure of college students. The collaborative efforts of the family, school and community can effectively enhance the self-efficacy of emotional regulation of college students;promote the healthy development of their emotional management;and have positive impact on their physical and mental health, academic achievement and future social adaptation.
