摘要
为了解2020-2022 年河池市儿童入托入学预防接种证查验与疫苗漏种、补种情况,对2020-2022 年河池市入托入学儿童接种证查验及补证、疫苗补种数据资料进行分类比较与统计分析.结果表明,2020-2022 年托幼机构与小学查验率均为 100.00%,2020 年小学漏证数高于托幼机构.2020-2022 年查验后的疫苗全程免疫率均高于查验前,查验前后比较差异具有统计学意义.查验后补种疫苗单剂次占比最高为 A+C 群流脑多糖疫苗,分别占总漏种剂次的 38.19%、39.90%、42.48%.2020-2022 年托幼机构国家免疫规划疫苗补种率分别为89.56%、88.83%、85.05%,小学分别为92.42%、90.20%、92.58%.河池市2020-2022 年的入托入学儿童预防接种证查验及疫苗补种工作取得显著成效,能有效提高儿童免疫水平,降低传染病发生风险,为进一步优化预防接种工作提供有益参考.
Abstract
In order to know the situation of inoculation certificate inspection and vaccine missing,and reseeding in Hechi City from 2020 to 2022,the study classifies and conducts statistical analysis of the data of inoculation certificate inspection and reinoculation,and revaccination of children in Hechi City from 2020 to 2022.The results show that the inspection rate of kindergartens and primary schools will be 100.00%from 2020 to 2022,and the number of missing certificates in primary schools will be higher than that in kindergartens in 2020.From 2020 to 2022,the full immunization rate of vaccines after inspection is higher than that before inspection,and the difference before and after inspection is statistically significant.The proportion of single dose of the replacement vaccine is the highest for group A+C polysaccharide vaccine,accounting for 38.19%,39.90%and 42.48%of the total missed doses,respectively.From 2020 to 2022,the vaccination rates of the National Immunization Program in preschool institutions and primary schools are 89.56%,88.83%and 85.05%,and 92.42%,90.20%and 92.58%,respectively.Remarkable results have been achieved in the vaccination certificate inspection and vaccine replacement of children in Hechi City from 2020 to 2022,which can effectively improve the immunization level of children,reduce the risk of infectious diseases,and provide useful reference for further optimizing the prevention and vaccination work.
