With the intensification of social competition and the increase of academic pressure,the psychological pressure of college students is becoming more and more serious.College students majoring in primary education should not only face the academic pressure,but also prepare for the future education work,which may affect their mental health.The results of the questionnaire survey on students majoring in primary education in a university in Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,show that with the increase of grade,the scores of social support and psychological resilience of primary education students decrease significantly,so senior students face more challenges.There is significant positive correlation between social support and psychological resilience,and good social support can significantly improve their psychological resilience.There are significant positive effects of different dimensions of social support,especially emotional support and accompanying support,on psychological resilience of college students majoring in primary education.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of social support system for college students,conduct mental health education for college students,and establish a feedback mechanism for college students'mental health,so as to continuously improve the psychological resilience of college students majoring in primary education,improve their overall mental health level,and promote their future career development.
