By means of questionnaire survey and data analysis,the study systematically analyzes the function mechanism of e-commerce operation skills competition in improving the employability of students in higher vocational colleges.The results show that e-commerce operation skills competition not only significantly promotes the deepening of students'professional skills and knowledge,but also comprehensively improves the employability of vocational college students through the accumulation of practical experience,the improvement of team cooperation and communication ability,the stimulation of innovative thinking,and the strengthening of career planning and professional identity.Through the correlation analysis of the dimensions above,it is found that there is significant positive correlation between the influence of e-commerce operation skills competition on the employability of students in higher vocational colleges and other factors.
