In order to evaluate the work efficiency of college counselors and propose the direction of optimization,the study collects data through questionnaire survey,combines with questionnaire data,conducts in-depth interview analysis of the key influencing factors of the work efficiency of college counselors,and quantitatively analyzes the questionnaire data with entropy method and AHP weight method.The results show that the counselors'understanding and care for students'individual needs,the smoothness of communication channels,the patience and empathy in interaction and the ability to organize students'activities are the core influencing factors of the work efficiency of the counselors.According to the weight results,it is suggested that counselors should pay more attention to the understanding and emotional support of students'individual needs,optimize the way of communication with students,and enhance students'sense of participation and collective cohesion by organizing flexible and effective activities.Colleges and universities should provide more professional training for counselors to comprehensively improve their comprehensive quality and work efficiency,so as to further improve and optimize the evaluation system of counselors'work.
