College counselors are the important strength of ideological and political education of college students,and their work enthusiasm directly affects the quality of college personnel training.The promotion of college counselors'enthusiasm in ideological and political education is an important part of the training in the new era.The results of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis show that ideological and political interest motivation,ideological and political work design,personal career development,salary and welfare incentive have significant impact on the enthusiasm of counselors in ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should continuously improve various systems and management mechanisms,and comprehensively enhance the enthusiasm of college counselors in ideological and political education.
