摘要
对200 名中职学校计算机专业学生进行问卷调查,通过学生视角了解中职学校计算机专业班主任工作现状及成效.结果表明,班主任工作成效及德育教育、组织协调、班级管理维度均处于中等偏上水平.班主任工作成效及德育教育、组织协调、班级管理各维度在年级上不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),但学生在心理成长维度上存在年级差异.班主任个性特质、学校管理方式、社会市场需求与班主任工作成效及德育教育、组织协调、班级管理之间呈显著正相关.
Abstract
The study conducts questionnaire survey on 200 students majoring in computer science in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the current situation and effectiveness of the work of head teachers majoring in computer science in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of students.The results show that the class teacher's work effectiveness,moral education,organization and coordination,and class management are above the average level.There are no significant differences in the work effectiveness of class teachers,moral education,organization and coordination,and class management(P>0.05),but there are grade differences in the dimension of psychological growth.There is significant positive correlation between the teacher's personality,school management style,social market demand,and the teacher's work effect,moral education,organization and coordination,class management.
