Students are the main objects of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the important subjects of the reflection of the effect of college counselors'ideological and political work.From the perspective of students'sense of gain,the study analyzes the effect of college counselors'ideological and political work with questionnaire survey and stepwise regression through the students of the university in S City.It is found that political knowledge,professional accomplishment,theoretical reserve and working ability have significant influence on students'sense of gain.Colleges and universities should constantly strengthen the training of counselors'ideological and political knowledge,professional belief and working ability,so as to continuously improve the effect of college counselors'ideological and political work.
