Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of the University Precision Funding Policy——Based on the Research and Analysis of a University in Shaanxi Province
The study conducts a questionnaire survey on freshman and sophomore undergraduates in a university in Shaanxi Province;closely relies on Dunn's standard theoretical framework for public policy evaluation to comprehensively examine the university's precision funding policy from five dimensions:benefit,efficiency,adequacy,fairness and responsiveness;and does comprehensive and in-depth investigation on its implementation effect.Through multi-dimensional analysis,it is found that the school's precision funding system is sound,the working procedures are perfect,the work efficiency is high,the fund allocation is reasonable,the funding procedure is fair and just,but there the supervision feedback needs to be improved.The school should optimize the feedback mechanism,form a rapid response mechanism,and conduct closed-loop management of feedback results,so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of harmonious and efficient funding environment.
