In order to strengthen the standardization of assessment and evaluation of front-line managers in scientific research units,the study establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,proposes a comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and conducts empirical analysis through taking a scientific research institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences as an example.The results shows that the model can effectively improve the scientificity and objectivity of the evaluation results,and provide reference for the construction of high-quality management personnel,selection and training of excellent management personnel.
