摘要

校企科技创新合作是实现科研院校与企业双赢的重要路径.分析校企科技创新合作对企业与院校的影响意义,梳理校企科技创新合作机制与路径建设发现,目前校企科技创新合作存在合作机制不畅通、合作深度有待提升,资源整合困难、合作渠道不匹配,缺乏激励机制、协同育人不深入等问题,应从建立利益共享的合作机制,确定风险共担的合作前提,打通合作沟通渠道,建立科技创新平台,落实资金等合作激励机制,联合开展人才培养计划等方面夯实合作基础.

Abstract

School-enterprise cooperation in science and technology innovation is an important way to achieve win-win situation between universities and enterprises.The study analyzes the influence and significance of school-enterprise science and technology innovation cooperation on enterprises and colleges,and sorts out the requirements of school-enterprise science and technology innovation cooperation mechanism and path construction.It is found that at present,the cooperation mechanism of school-enterprise science and technology innovation cooperation is not smooth,the depth of cooperation needs to be improved,the integration of resources is difficult,the cooperation channel is not matched,the lack of incentive mechanism,and the collaborative education is not in-depth,etc.It is suggested to?establish a cooperation mechanism for sharing benefits;determine the cooperation premise for sharing risks;open up cooperation and communication channels;establish scientific and technological innovation platforms;implement cooperation incentive mechanisms,such as funds;and jointly carry out talent project training plans.
