Research on the Composition and Embedding of Young Talents in Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi Region to the Current Situation of Rural Industry Revitalization
The key to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and promote the development of rural industries is to optimize the structure of rural talents and effectively guarantee the participation of young talents in the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the investigation of the current situation of rural industry development in Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi,the study divides the empowerment dimension into five dimensions:monetary empowerment,leadership empowerment,structural empowerment,psychological empowerment and cultural empowerment;and analyzes the empowerment of young talents in the revitalization of rural industry in Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi with empowerment theory.Then the study analyzes the influence of the composition structure and embedding of young talents on the revitalization of rural industries in Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi;and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to activate the morale of young talents returning to their hometowns,enhance the breadth and depth of young talents'participation in the development of rural industries,and help rural revitalization.
