摘要

基于响应面方法和数值模拟方法构建了轴向涡流分离器结构参数与分离效率之间的回归方程,得出最佳结构匹配参数,通过开展附加试验得出分离效率的预测值与实际值的平均相对误差为0.3116%,验证了模型预测结果的准确性.针对响应面优化结果与初始化结构展开分离性能对比研究,结果表明,优化后的分离器结构可有效提高分离效率,当入口流速在0.461~2.30 m/s变化时,优化前分离器结构的分离效率由72.13%提升到97.35%,优化后的分离效率由85.33%提升到99.32%.当含水率在0.7~0.9变化时,优化前分离器的分离效率变化范围在70.12%~94.58%,优化后分离器的分离效率变化范围为80.22%~98.88%.在不同含水率和入口流速条件下,优化后的分离器结构对工况具有较好的分离性能和较强的适应性.

Abstract

Based on the response surface method and the numerical simulation method,the study constructs the regression equation between the structural parameters and the separation efficiency of the axial vortex separator,and obtains the optimal structural matching parameters.The average relative error between the predicted value and the actual value of the separation efficiency is 0.3116%through additional tests.This verifies the accuracy of the prediction results of the model.The study compares the separation performance between the response surface optimization results and the initial structure.The results show that the optimized separator structure can effectively improve the separation efficiency.When the inlet flow rate varies from 0.461 to 2.30 m/s,the separation efficiency of the separator structure before optimization increases from 72.13%to 97.35%,and the separation efficiency after optimization increases from 85.33%to 99.32%.When the water content varies from 0.7 to 0.9,the separation efficiency of the separator before optimization ranges from 70.12%to 94.58%,and that of the separator after optimization ranges from 80.22%to 98.88%.Under the conditions of different water content and inlet flow rate,the optimized structure of the separator has better separation performance and strong adaptability to the working conditions.
