In order to study the mechanical response of long-life asphalt pavement with asphalt concrete(AC)and high ductility concrete(ECC)composite surface structure, the study analyzes the stress and deformation behavior of composite surface under repeated traffic loads, and conducts correlation analysis. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of ECC layer or base layer, the mechanical response indexes of pavement structure decrease gradually. The addition of ECC layer significantly improves the bearing capacity of the pavement structure. It can better resist the formation of cracks and ruts, thus effectively extend the service life of the pavement.Appropriately increasing the thickness of the ECC layer can further improve the deformation resistance of the pavement, and delay the development of reflective cracks.
