The reasonable spatial layout of the distribution center directly affects whether fresh products can be delivered to end customers with low cost and high efficiency. Therefore, studying the resource optimization configuration of fresh distribution centers is of great significance. The study collects a large amount of data from user needs, evaluates the layout of existing fresh food distribution center resources through spatial correlation analysis and time series dynamic evolution, evaluates the fresh food distribution center resource layout, and optimizes the location of distribution centers with spatiotemporal modeling methods based on the spatial distribution information of end customers and the temporal change information of product categories and quantities required by each customer, and proposes a method for optimizing resource allocation through taking the data of fresh retail outlets in Shijiazhuang City as the research object.
