摘要

随着电网中电力电子设备水平的不断提高,PMU测量装置在变电站中的应用越来越多,使用PMU来评估电力系统中的PQ变得尤为重要.从电力系统的频率、稳态电压、电压不平衡、谐波等方面测试电力系统的PQ特性,对不同制造商的3个PMU单元进行PQ评估分析,实验结果表明,PMU对频率和稳态电压的测量误差均小于标准误差,PMU数据适用于一些指示性稳态PQ评估,但并不适用于测量不平衡电压及高次谐波的误差.

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the level of power electronic equipment in the power grid,the PMU measuring device is more and more applied in the substation.It is particularly important to use PMU to evaluate the PQ in the power system.The study tests the PQ characteristics of the power system from the aspects of frequency,steady-state voltage,voltage unbalance and harmonics;and conducts PQ evaluation of 3 PMU units from different manufacturers.The results of the experiment show that the measurement error of PMU for frequency and steady-state voltage is smaller than the standard error.PMU data are suitable for some indicative steady-state PQ evaluation,but are not suitable for the measurement of unbalance voltage and high harmonic error.
