摘要

为了有效地缩短建筑工程工期及减少施工成本,便于更好地管理建筑工程施工,提出基于BIM技术的建筑工程工期与成本优化方法,通过遗传算法对施工工期和成本进行优化,得到最优解,利用BIM技术对最优解不断进行修正,得到最佳施工方案,实现降低施工成本、提高施工效率的目标.

Abstract

In order to effectively shorten the construction project period and reduce the construction cost,and facilitate better management of the construction project,the study proposes a construction project period and cost optimization method based on BIM technology,optimizes the construction period and cost with genetic algorithm,obtains the optimal solution,and constantly modifies the optimal solution with BIM technology.The optimal construction scheme is obtained.And the goal of reducing construction cost and improving construction efficiency is achieved.
