摘要

中药材品质主要包括外在表征和内在成分两方面.影响中药材品质的因素除自身品种外,外界环境对其的影响也不容忽视.自然界中特殊环境条件如低温、盐碱、重金属等不良因素会对中药材的生长发育及品质产生较大影响,而中药材对这些逆境条件的适应机制是近些年来的研究热点,探索如何降低逆境对中药材的伤害及如何利用适当逆境条件来提高中药材品质对中药产业发展具有重要意义.综述了低温胁迫、高温胁迫、水分胁迫、盐碱胁迫、重金属胁迫及除草剂对中药材品质的影响,展望了中药材对逆境利用的研究方向,为提高中药材品质提供参考.

Abstract

The quality of Chinese medicinal materials is mainly divided into external representation and internal components.Besides the varieties,the influence of external environment on the quality of Chinese medicinal materials cannot be ignored.Special environmental conditions,such as low temperature,salt,alkali,heavy metals and other adverse factors occur from time to time in nature,which greatly influence the growth,development and quality of Chinese medicinal materials.The adaptation mechanism of Chinese medicinal materials to these adverse conditions has become a research focus in recent years.The study explores how to reduce the damage of the adverse conditions on medicinal materials and how to improve the quality of medicinal materials by appropriate adverse conditions is of great significance to the development of Chinese medicine industry in the future.The study reviews the effects of low temperature stress,high temperature stress,water stress,saline-alkali stress,heavy metal stress and the herbicide on the quality of Chinese medicinal materials;and prospects the research direction of the utilization of Chinese medicinal materials under the adversity,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials.
