It is difficult for traditional research on insulation fault of high voltage electrical products to accurately describe the complex relationship that leads to the destruction of insulation characteristics and the insulation characteristics in actual operation.Complex Network Theory provides an effective method to describe and analyze this complex relationship.The study introduces the complex networks from the perspective of evolution and classification of complex network models,reviews the application of Complex Network Theory in electric field,and prospects the future research direction.In analysis of the complex network model of electric field visibility,the node measurement graph generated by the electrostatic graph algorithm can represent the source time series structure better than the visibility graph.The full-field electric field network characteristics of complex electrical systems analyzes the internal characteristics of the electric field,and excavates the important information contained in the electric field,so as to provide reference for subsequent research.
