摘要

在现代玻璃制造业中,全氧玻璃熔窑技术因其能效高、排放低而受到广泛关注.全氧燃烧技术使用纯氧代替空气进行燃烧,显著提高了燃烧效率,减少了氮氧化物的生成.全氧玻璃熔窑的设计包括复杂的熔窑结构和关键的功能模块,如热量控制、料浆制备和熔化区控制.探讨了全氧玻璃熔窑的设计原理、关键构造及大碹砌筑技术的选择与应用,分析不同阶段对材料和工艺的选择标准,通过科学的砌筑质量控制与热处理技术,有效提升熔窑的整体性能和生产效率.

Abstract

In modern glass manufacturing industry,all-oxygen glass furnace technology has been widely concerned due to its high energy efficiency and low emission.In total oxygen combustion technology,pure oxygen instead of air for combustion is used,which significantly improves combustion efficiency and reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides.The design of an all-oxygen glass furnace includes a complex furnace structure and key functional modules,such as heat control,slurry preparation and melting zone control.The study discusses the design principle,key structure and the selection and application of arch laying technology of all-oxygen glass melting kiln;and analyzes the selection criteria of materials and processes in different stages.Scientific masonry quality control and heat treatment technology can effectively improve the overall performance and production efficiency of the furnace.
