摘要

复合材料具有重量轻、强度高等优点,已逐渐取代金属成为许多工业行业的首选材料.但传统加工成本较高,效益较低,由于材料非常硬难以夹紧或材料太脆太软等原因在加工过程中增加了零件形状加工的复杂性,无法满足操作要求.综述了几种复合材料的非常规工业加工方法,此方法能够满足零件形状加工的复杂性要求,有效替代常规加工,使产品品质得到提升.

Abstract

Composite materials have the advantages of light weight and high strength.They have gradually replaced metal as the preferred material in many industrial industries.There are problems in processing,i.e.high traditional processing cost,low benefit,being difficult to clamp or too brittle and soft material due to the hard material.These increase the complexity of the shape processing of the part,and the operation requirements can not be met.The study reviews the unconventional industrial processing method of several composite materials.This method can meet the complexity requirements of part shape processing,effectively replace conventional processing,and improve product quality.
