针对市场上孵化器设备中照蛋系统易碎、光线不均匀、容易产生高温影响孵化器内温度等问题设计了一种半导体孵化器照蛋系统,选用LED光源作为照蛋系统光源,通过实验测试不同亮度、色温等参数对照蛋图像清晰度的影响.选定LED光源参数,根据孵化器孵化室的孵化容量设计样板,样板中光源的位置为定点时,根据禽蛋的大小选定不同出光角度的透镜完成半导体孵化器照蛋系统的设计.实验结果表明,此设计不仅可以解决照蛋系统存在的问题,还可以通过改变透镜型号实现不同体量禽蛋的照蛋功能,有利于大规模生产推广.
Design of Egg Illumination System for Semiconductor Incubators
There are some problems in the incubator in the market,such as fragile egg lighting system,uneven light and high temperature affecting the temperature of incubator,etc.The study designs a semiconductor egg lighting system,selects the LED light source as the light source of egg lighting system,and experimentally tests the effects of different brightness,color temperature and other parameters on the clarity of egg images.Then the study selects LED light source parameters,designs sample according to the incubation capacity of the incubator incubator,sets the sample light source position as the fixed point,and completes the design of semiconductor incubator egg lighting system according to the size of the egg selected different angles of light lens.The experimental results show that this design can not only solve the problems existing in the egg lighting system,but also realize the egg lighting function of different volume of poultry eggs by changing the lens model,which is conducive to large-scale production and promotion.
